Accessibility Statement for asatricosa.com
Stand: July 2025
I, Åsa Söderman, operate the website www.asatricosa.com and I am committed to ensuring that everyone can use my site – regardless of physical or technical conditions. The goal is to make this website as accessible as possible in accordance with the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the relevant technical standards.
The basis for this is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines help ensure that content is designed to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users. With this, www.asatricosa.com largely meets the legal requirements (the BFSG currently requires WCAG 2.1 AA).
How you can report problems
If you encounter barriers on my website, cannot use content properly, or find something inaccessible, please let me know. I take such feedback seriously and will gladly assist. If you need information in an alternative format, feel free to contact me.

Please describe briefly what the issue is and include the link to the affected page. I usually respond within five working days.
How accessible is asatricosa.com?
- Technical standard: WCAG 2.2, Level AA
- Current status: The website is largely accessible. Some areas do not yet fully meet the requirements – I am continuously working on improvements.
Where barriers remain
Despite best efforts, some issues still exist:
- Images: Many images have alternative text, but some decorative or older graphics are still missing descriptions. This will be improved over time.
- Keyboard navigation: The site can generally be used without a mouse, but some elements such as galleries or popups are not yet fully optimized.
- Easy-to-read language & sign language: These formats are currently not available, as private providers are not legally obliged to provide them. However, I may consider offering essential information in simplified language in the future.
- Heading structure: Some pages still have unclear hierarchy due to missing heading levels. These will be revised step by step.
What I am doing to improve accessibility
- I regularly work on optimizing the site and removing known barriers step by step.
- I use tools that help identify accessibility issues early and improve continuously.
- If necessary, I seek expert advice on digital accessibility.
- I ensure accessibility is considered from the start when creating new content.
Review and Updates
This statement was created on 21 July 2025 based on an initial automated review of key pages and functions. It will be updated if significant changes to the website or legal requirements occur.
What to do if problems remain unresolved
I always aim to provide quick and straightforward support. If you are not satisfied with my response or do not receive a reply, you can contact the competent authorities for market surveillance. Since 28 June 2025, these authorities are responsible for ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements in the private sector and may mediate or take action.
However, I recommend contacting me first – in most cases, we will find a good solution together.
