Åsa Tricosa Ziggurats: 16 elegantly seamless knits
Discreet shirring at the edge of the drapey funnel neck, hem and cuffs creates gentle waves on this relaxed pullover. Jolt of Blue is a slight variation on the classic Ziggurat construction, and begins with the collar. The softly sloping shoulders extend, each in turn from the collar. Cap and front stitches are picked up on right-side rows. Less zigging, in other words. But no less exciting. The intense colour of Walk Collection’s single ply Cozy Merino shines in plain and simple stocking stitch. Or...go subtle with the muted palette of Pascuali Balayage.
Jolt of Blue has a sisters Petrichor (31 sts), also in the book.

With the Ziggurat method you fashion a tailored and flattering silhouette – a yoke that sits and fits just right across your shoulders and with no bagging at the armholes.
- tailored & top down
- entirely seamless
- sleeve caps are knitted along with the yoke for a 'set-in' sleeve
- neck-shaping (also in back)
- built-in everything (pockets, buttonbands, seamlessly lined hems)
- absolutely minimal sewing in of ends
The Ziggurat Steps are instantly recognisable from one pattern to another.
