Summer KAL 2016 Prizes
NEW DEADLINE: Monday 12 September 2016 @midnight in your time zone
Post a finished Åsa Tricosa design in the KAL thread on Ravelry.
(and/or on Instagram with tag #asatricosaKAL2016)
Almost finished projects count, too… there will be random prizes for effort.
And for swatching (yes, s.w.a.t.c.h.i.n.g.)
PRIZES!
These are the prizes you can win – some randomly drawn and some not so randomly, some generously contributed by sponsors.
The First Posted Finished KAL Project knitted with one of the vegan Pascuali yarns wins the equivalent amount of yarn (up to €60) – courtesy of Pascuali (thank you, Paul)!
A yarn care set generously contributed by Purlescence Yarns to help you care for your knitted
lovelies with Soak and Flatter (thank you, Sarah!)
TWO $50 gift certificates is the generous gift from Hawaiian indie dyer, Beloved Yarn – thank you, Daien!
1 skein from Indigodragonfly (thank you, me! – this yarn is a special edition, dyed in support of the Bike Rally, Friends for Life – the one that the Yarn Harlot valiantly cycles and fundraises so brilliantly for).
But why, you may ask, just one skein? There are TWO skeins in the photo? Well… put simply, one is for me. We can negotiate which one…
Now imagine a lovely skein… of something.
Randomly selected FOs (finished objects) win a skein of yarn from my KAL stash (on the principle of First Dibs – I’ll post a photo at some point and tag the eligible skeins #Summer2016KAL in my Ravelry stash)
Three winners win one Åsa Tricosa Pattern of their choice
Three winners win a set of 4 eminently practical (and so informative!) Åsa Tricosa tutorial postcards.
One winner receives a soap from Funky Soap (for obscure local reasons – there is a connection)
And… surprise prizes for swatching (two winners so far: Ravelers, augusta11 & Titschi-knit)
And more… it could be that I pick something up at Wollfest Hamburg for some lucky winner.
There’s still time to finish – there’s still time to CAST ON!
(fingerless mittens count, too, … a cowl…)
