Cykeltur
a new Saddle Ziggurat
Cykeltur (a Ravelry link) is available from Åsa Tricosa on Ravelry.
Cykeltur (’bike ride’) is roomy but not bulky, cosy yet stylish, and the perfect sweater for long walks in bright woods and across moody moors, or for the market shop, balancing bags on your bike.
Soft and lofty Håndværksgarn, a Danish-spun aran blend of Gotland and merino from Hjelholts Uldspinderi, makes this both a speedy and pleasing knit.
The split hem is hip-friendly, a split and tied collar can be rakish or cosy or both – the domed turned-up cuffs are just for fun but they will also keep your wrists snug and warm.
There is some (optional) shaping but the general fit is relaxed.
This is the first Åsa Tricosa pattern available also in Danish. 🇩🇰
(a German 🇩🇪 version is coming soon)
- Everything (except the collar) is knitted in one go, top to bottom
- No seaming
